Within this comprehensive approach, your dog will learn a range of cues, either through auditory or visual signals, such as sit, down, heel, down stay, sit stay, come, place, ok, leave it, and sitting while stopping during loose leash walking.
Once we have established this foundation, we can progress to more advanced levels of discipline. This entails working with your dog off-leash, while maintaining a high level of control despite external stimuli and distractions.

The Learning Immersion (Board & Train)
How It Works

Your dog lives in my home as a member of the family. Unlike traditional kennel-based 'boot camps,' my immersion program focuses on real-life reliability in a low-stress, nurturing environment.

Initial Assessment & Goal Setting: We begin with a deep dive into your dog’s history and your specific goals for their behavior and lifestyle.

Customized Daily Curriculum: Your dog receives multiple daily training sessions tailored to their needs—from loose-leash walking and reliable recall to settling calmly at home.

Real-World Generalization: We don’t just train in a backyard. We take the "classroom" to local East Bay parks and sidewalks to ensure skills work where you actually need them.

The Transition Handover: At the end of the stay, I provide a comprehensive "transfer session" where I coach you on how to maintain and grow the progress we’ve made.

Post-Program Support: Every immersion includes a follow-up session to ensure your dog’s new skills translate perfectly back into your daily routine.

Skip the $175 consultation for skills like Loose Leash Walking and Recall. This 30-minute assessment is the "Express Lane" for well-exposed dogs with no history of fear or reactivity. We verify that your dog is comfortable in the training environment so we can dive straight into your goals immediately.
